“Did not have TV in room for entire stay. Reported this multiple times!”

“Hotel was under construction but room was revently renovated and clean. House keeping took my wife's bathing suite when they clean up the room, but returned it right before our stay was over. Missed out on a couple days of the pools .”

“Room needed updating but was fairly clean. Breakfast was good and dinner at Rustlers Roost was great. Golf cart drivers to take you around resort were awesome.”

Someone charged food to room when we went to check out had bill for something we didnt order. Overall for the price paid not impressed.”

“Tried charging us double the rate at check in after we already paid for the stay, proceeds to make it seem like it was my fault and gave me attitude. At breakfast a waitress didn’t appreciate my 20% tip and goes “ahaha you” trying to cover it with laughter. ”

“The rooms are very very old and in need of upgrading but wouldn’t be so bad if they were cleaned properly. The pipes banging when you use the sink are disruptive and then the ones above banging in the night when people use the washroom. Curtains are stained and old. There is no oven despite there being a kitchen, the remotes were dirty and the dishes were dirty from previous use. Dirty elevator with no safety buttons in tact. “I had a great stay here! The price was unbeatable, especially considering you get a full one-bedroom apartment complete with a full kitchen. It felt much more like a home than a standard hotel room and location was fantastic. I have two minor complaints: First, the cleanliness could be improved. There were some spots on the couch and the rugs felt a bit dirty—not a dealbreaker, but not quite the "crisp" clean you expect from a hotel.
